Valvoline Express Care

Went there last week and was told they didn't stock filters for my car. Bought a filter and went back and was told they WOULD NOT change the oil in my car because corporate doesn't want them to.

This is my second visit with these folks who have a tendency to not complete a simple oil change without losing screws, etc. Not one week after getting my oil change, the protective oil pan cover was dragging and almost got torn away from my car. This cover has literally undercarriage covering 12 to 15 screws, holding it up. I know because this same cover was recently replace because Jiffy Lube also failed to fully attach all the screws to it, and why they paid me nearly $400 for its loss. The result was that I no longer use them as a service, and now that I see your company seems to have hired the same idiots, CAN YOU GUESS IF I'M COMING BACK?
