Lost my order, never called back, when I called them three days later- I was told I would have to

wait three more days for a technician to come out. Response on the phone

was "I wasn't here when you came in, not my fault ".

Not can we do anything to help fix the problem.

Never call them again or buy anything from Bigelow.

I did find somebody who came out same day and fixed the stove.
