Fox River Cycle

Buyer beware! !! I foolishly dealt with this dealer. Dropped off newer streetglide heads to be checked. They were checked and Carl called saying all of this stuff needed to be done that was nothing like the heads I dropped off. I told him not to do anything. I was called by Fox River Cycle they were ready for pick up. When I arrived Mike handed me a box, upon inspection they were not my heads. I advised him they were not the heads I dropped of and he started scream to get out of his store.
I could not even talk to that moron Mike about the heads. The heads he tried to return were cut and are unable to be used. THEY WERE SWITCHED BY THIS GUY MIKE ...who tried to give back his junk heads.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER THEY ARE VERY SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They have down sized now in Waterford, WI and I understand now why...BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE/DONT USE THEM....

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GOOD COMPANY. GO ELSEWHERE FROM THESE GUYS. Should have known better. Had to give them one star to be able to review them.. no star if you ask me

Very disappointed, feel this is why mechanics get bad raps. Quoted 300, turned out 900 and never called part way thru saying, "hey, is looking worse than we thought.....". They replaced parts they didnt need to and instead of them eating it (they after all made the mistake) they charged us and gave us the parts. Also crossed out labor and added 100. Who fills out invoice before done, all just adds up to a bad smell!

Tried to sell me an illegal 1982 FXR on Ebay. Titled in another person's name. Open titles aren't legal unless you are a dealer and can do reassignment. He isn't. Scum of the earth, and hopefully DOT and BPD do something as I filed a report.

Don't know about in person, but have dealt with the company online via ebay and be wary about buying any parts that they describe as Polished: to them, the word means rough sanded to bare metal. Bought and returned parts after described this way. Save yourself shipping and restocking costs: better off buying used.
