Sadly I personally had a poor experience with this car repair shop. I had extensive front end work done on my truck spent 3000.00 yes 3G”s on every issue they said it had bad joints, alignment, brakes and even bought new tires. I was told after repairs it would run great. However after pick up it ran poorly, shook terribly and pulled violently while driving. I have called and complained repeatedly. After they offered to fix for no charge if I brought it in it turned out they wanted 700 for struts. Why didn’t they see the struts issues when my suspension was fixed? Why wasn’t the truck test driven after repairs by the mechanic?? I asked for owner to call- no response. No answer to any of my questions- poor repair work.

I took my car (2002 Ford Escort) to Lois Tire Shop in Burlington because it was running rough and the check engine light was on. They told me the “good news” is all they had to do was reset the diagnostics and it was fine. He said “so that was nothing” but……….my thermostat is weak and the coolant should be flushed for $240.00. I gave them the go ahead and asked for a $27.00 oil change as long as the car is there. So I go to pay for my car and it is $375.23. One hour of labor to reset the check engine light, one hour to put in a thermostat and one hour to flush the radiator at $85.00 per. I did not agree to this but still paid the bill. As this review title states "Never again!!
