Yes the woman that answers the phone at the 952-922-6867 number is very rude I called in this morning 10/11/15. The lady that answer the phone was very very rude she barely let me speak and she just hung up the phone on me I tried to call back to ask for a supervisor's number and she kept hanging up on me so now I'm going to have to take other steps to get the supervisors number which I will but I will not take this service any longer and I would definitely not recommend this to anyone terrible service they came once to pick me up for my appointment 6 minutes before I'm supposed to be at my appointment. But the lady that answers the phone needs to really be removed no good customer service there at all she makes the matters even worse she gave nothing but attitude
