I would like to thank the guy's from Steve's plumbing very professional, explained everything to me, everyone was very nice from the first time I called all the way up to the end of the job, thank y'all so much

I called three times to get a furna ce tune up. After about three weeks I received a call to schedule an appointment and it was a no show. I called the office to see what was going on. It was 15 minutes before closing time and I got a recorded message.
I went to a more professional competitor. I will never use Steve's Plumbing and Heating.

Everyone was very professional from the initial phone call to the installation. The price quoted on the phone was honored as an out the door price on replacing my hot water heater. Repair team were prompt and respectful. I am delighted to give a high satisfaction score and I can recommend Steve's plumbing with no reservations.

After no call no shows from 2 other plumbers we called Steve's, he came out the next day! 5 days later we had our basement drains moved and a backwater valve installed. They were awesome and did a fantastic job cleaning up their mess.

7-15-16 my complaint,small amount of water in the bottom of my dishwasher i did 2 sinks of dishes before dave arrived ,he looks under sink and says LOL! my sink trap is upside down,that sink trap was fine,then he tells me he doesn't do appliance repair so I need to call someone else as he replaces a working sink trap and caps an opening in my vent pipe under the sink I'm glad hes only charging me $95,i did get him to check the vent pipe in the basement (it had been fixed a couple of months ago) along w/ a water softener install,then we go back upstairs and wow-my sink wont drain,he then tells me I need to get my pipes snaked,,i told him I had it done twice and theres nothing wrong w/my drains!,,i didn't call you for a clogged drain sir! I know how to unstop a drain,i argued that I did dishes before he arrived,,he said the pipes must have finaly filled with water to the point of the clog at this point I just wanted him to go, I gave him a 100 dollars told him to keep the change,tip,go
