Butler Dental Associates

I feel like a monkey could do better work then them . It's like they're just rushing very quickly and not even trying to do a good job. My fillings are not even fully filled and cavties are still exposed . I hate this place and this should either be inspected or shut down for not doing what you pay for .

i went there and william tereasavage drilled and filled my abscessed tooth with my nerve exposed i called next day and said it hurt they said because it was a white filling they hurt longer next day i called said i was in severe pain at 9:00 am said i had to leave town at 12:00 they told me they could not help me before this time i gave them 3 hours of time to help me so they left me in pain they caused mean while i payed $100.00 because of insurance co-pay for this pain i had to go to another dentist who took me right away he said my tooth was abscessed and nerve was exposed he had to drill it out again clean out the puss put medicine in it and filled it with a temporary filling till i could get it fixed he just wanted me out of the pain so another $100.00 for that now i'm at a third dentist who did a root canal and made a crown that was $900.00 for that butler dental associates caused all of this and were very rude on the phone to me i would not let my dog go there warning people they are very bad dentist just saying this is my story !!!

they're ok to a point, i got a filling in a broken tooth and it broke 2 days later so now i have to go back and pay more money to get it fixd...AGAIN.

Although the dentists themselves are great, the office management is an epic fail!
They do not complete their paperwork correctly or in a timely fashion to the insurance companies. We have to wait 2 more months now, thanks to their inability to do their jobs.
