I am very sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with my service. My employees are well trained and take a lot of pride in their work. Jeff was mentioned as a lazy employee. Jeff is paid a salary based on 40 hours a week, yet he works 55-60 without complaining. He shows up half an hour prior to his start time and will take it upon himself to stop by client's properties on his way home from work or after he eats supper. I assume you never called or emailed to bring your concerns to my attention because otherwise you would know my name. My name is on all of our literature and invoices, along with my picture front and center on my home page. I do this for a good reason. I want a relationship with my clients so they will contact me with any concerns or complaints. I wish you well in your battle against the moles.
