I brought my sons trombone here to see if I could get it repaired because the spit valve had fallen off . The lady wasn't very friendly right away but when she found out I had not purchased it from them she seemed to not want to help me at all, in the end she told me her repair guy was not in and that I could bring it in the next day at noon . I do not know anything about the Trombone and this place is local so I said ok and came back at noon the next day ,when I brought it in the repair guy was not there like she said he would be , She then looked at my Trombone and told me they do not fix off brand instruments. Had she been even a little nice about it I would not be writing this review because I get it , if you don't have the parts you don't have the parts . My problem is her attitude and the fact she couldn't even be bothered to ask the brand the day before if she knew that was something important to know if they could fix it or not . The whole experience was a waste of my time and I wish she would know a little kindness goes a long way.
