The salon itself is very large and was undergoing remodeling when i went in. I called ahead and they told me they could take me then they made me wait 20 min. Then they told me it would only take 45 min, i was there almost TWO HOURS! I let them know it was the night of my 21st birthday and they still made me late to my dinner. They made me wash my hands in the pedicure bin because the sinks werent working. I was switched around between three different people and there were about 7 customers in the salon. All of us getting poor service. I asked for airbrushing and then she went to put the top coat on and smeared the airbrushing on 2 of my nails. I then asked her to wait for them to dry she waited about 2 minuites then ruined the rest of them. I had to then wait and get them all REPAINTED! I was charged full price for the nails and airbrushing and left in tears to upset to argue about being over charged. Worst experience of my life!!!!
