I hired this service and experienced a few communication issues. Both my front and back lawns died and yet I continued to pay the monthly fee to have by shrubs and bushes trimmed. This was not done without constant reminders.

I paid f$350 for a tree to be planted in September and then cancelled. I was told "my check refund was in the mail" twice. I was told that it would be dropped off. I was told that the intention was to return my money. I have yet to get it and now my calls go unanswered.
