Wouldn't use them unless you have extra money to waste. Rugs are way overpriced and their rug cleaning prices are more than 3x higher than other places for the same service. He might serve you some tea with chocolates but at the end you end up paying him for a gourmet dinner and more. He looses interest immediately if he knows you are not going to spend enough money. :(

i can tell every1 what noor oriental rugs uses to clean your rug, the stuff is so cheap here is the list CVS HAND SOAP $4, VINIGER $3,BAKING SODA $4, LAUNDRY DETERGENT $4 AND THE TWO MACHINES USED- A VACUUM AND A RUG CLEANING MACHINE CALLED LUX CLEANER.. the only organic thing they use is a stick to hit the rug b4 cleaning. if any1 would like to know the truth about noor feel fee to email me at [email protected] knowing them for a year i can tell u damn near anything u need to know about noor like how he claims to b a lawyer but is not recognized by the MA bar assosiation or by harvard law..
