The communication and customer service is excellent! They offer a prompt and professional service. Their website is easy to use and I appreciate that they are consistently reliable. When I required extra service for very large pieces of styrofoam they gave clear instructions on how to package the pieces and picked it up promptly.
They are the best trash pickup service I have worked with in two decades.

This company has never missed a pickup. Have them at two different sites. They are very polite and courteous on the phone. Also cheaper than other companies.

Had to call every time there was a pick up as they would skip my house. Never had to call to get a bill though. When I would call, person on other end would say truck broke down. Find another company!

Lacking service in the past. Enough was enough when I received hand written "terms" on our regular statement. Called and was treated terribly, thanks Melissa! I refuse to do business with people like this. Sadly, zero stars was not an option.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. Missed pickups constantly and said garbage was not out when it was. Never receive any call backs. Would never recommend to anyone.
