        Fifer Orchards is a working farm in Delaware, covering 2500 acres, with apple, peach, pear, nectarine and plum orchards, plus fields of sweet corn, asparagus, soybeans, lima beans, peas, pumpkins and grain crops. The Fifer Country Store is located on the main farm compound. The country store is filled with unusual jams and jellies, hot sauces, salad dressings, delicious seasonings for dips, easy to make bread, cake, crisp and cobbler mixes. Gift Baskets of many different types and varieties are available. Fifer Orchards, founded in 1919, has large quantities of asparagus, strawberries, peaches, sweet corn, pumpkins and apples available for wholesale. Tens of thousands of customers come to the orchard every season for the fresh produce as well as festivals, contests and farm tours.
