Walmart Supercenter

I went to this Walmart last Saturday and then again on Tuesday. On Tuesday, the cart corrals were so overfilled outside that I practically had to back into the cars parked behind me to get out of my parking spot. When I called to mention my concern, the "customer service" lady I spoke with was very unkind and said, in a very irritated tone, that they only had one cart pusher and he was on break, so they were behind. No apology...nothing. If there is only one cart pusher, shouldn't someone cover for him while he's on break? It doesn't seem fair for him to have to come off break and bring in hundreds of carts as quickly as possible. Then on Tuesday, there wasn't a single cart in the inside cart corral. Luckily, there was one hand basket that was available. I needed to get a two liter of 7up, dishwasher detergent, furnace filters, and a few other smaller items. How was I supposed to do that conveniently with a hand basket? And may I mention that I'm also 8 months pregnant. So there I was, struggling with a very heavy basket in one hand and furnace filters (because they wouldn't fit in the hand basket) in the other. Then when I went to check out, there were maybe 3 lanes opens with long lines in all of them. Not once did any employee express any concern over me carrying that heavy basket. In fact, most of the employees there seem absolutely miserable, so I'm not surprised that they weren't all that concerned with my situation. If there were a Target or any other store comparable in the area, I would never set foot in that store again. It's just frustrating and depressing.
