Hanson's Holsteins N Hardwoods Ltd

I understand market fluctuations in wood prices, but after being assured I would get my load of firewood on 3 separate occasions by phone throughout last summer, fall, and even a month ago, I now have been denied my load of firewood on my 4th phone call since they can sell it to someone for more money. (The firewood I ordered last April). Sorry but this is just wrong. I now do not have enough heat to last this winter.
