Rose Nails

I just went into rose nails for a balance and left with crooked nails and my fingers hurt! The man who did my nails burned the skin from my finger tips. They are currently bleeding and when I left the salon, my injured skin wasn't acknowledged. When he began polishing my nails, he forgot to put a second coat of nail polish on one hand and I mentioned that and he applied another coat. The skin under one of my nails was peeled back due to excessive filing. I will never be back to this salon and I will be filing a complaint to the state board of cosmetology. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I have done nails. These kind of things should not happen.

sam did my pink and white acrylic and did a wonderful job . he was very meticulous and didnt talk much . but I didn't mind because i couldnt really understand him anyway . I was very pleased with the final product .

This experience was fantastic - a customer convinced me to try the solar nails, and I couldn't stop staring at them for three weeks because they looked fantastic - No one has ever made my nails look better, and I highly recommend this salon - I think the tech's name was Lee, but I'm not sure - I know it was a younger guy, and he couldn't have been more thorough and gentle. ;-)

We made reservations for 3 adults and a chlld to get a pedicure and had the best time! My daughter and Mother-in-law so enjoyed their first pedicure and can't wait to repeat this experience. They were so nice and did such a great job...our toes look wonderful and our feet feel so much better! I would recommend this nail salon to anyone and can't say enough good things about them. They are my favorite place to go get a pedicure and I can't imagine someone not liking them!

The ladies working on our nails spoke vietnamese to each other while working on our nails making us feel uncomfortable. Instead of nice relaxing music playing softly in the background they play a very loud tv and its usually sports or news. The manicure was affordable however their work was sloppy. We had to clean the nail polish off of our nails when we got home and lastly they don't keep their salon very clean. The nail tech did not clean the table for the next client and she had to rest her hands on the same towel where my nails had been cleaned. A disappointing experience.
