I was worried when my pet Boo, was sick last weekend so I went here. I'm happy now that Boo is already fine.

Dr. Amy Worrell should not be practicing veterinary medicine on exotic animals with her lack of knowledge, sympathy, and compassion. I recently took my rabbit named "Bunny" in after noticing she hadn't been eating or drinking and had a running nose and watery eyes. Although my rabbit was sick she could still move, hop, and was lively but after her visit with Dr. Worrell that all changed. I took the rabbit in and Dr. Worrell explained that the rabbit had pasteralla a bactria infection that presents itself as signs of a cold. She however also advised me there was something else wrong that she could not identify w/out doing x-rays, and that it may be gi stasis which she said was curable or ovarian cancer which was not. So she did the xray she stated she recommended treating the bunny for those two problems and if the third problem that may be ovarian cancer still existed then at least we gave the bunny a better life. Dr. Worrell never lead me to believe the situation would get worse from here or the bunny would have a bad reaction to anything done or administered by her office. So after $479.00 for everything needed to supposively treat bunny and two shots administered by Dr. Worrell, she advised us to take home bunny even after me and my mom asked if she needed to keep her over night for observation. So we took bunny home after only 2 hours from seeing the vet bunny could no longer stand and bunny passed away no longer then 5 hours from the time we took her to the vet. This however I knew was just not just a fluke, because I took my hamster to her named little bear 4 years before bunny and the same thing happened after her "care" by Dr. Worrell, so this was no coincidence or bad luck.
Showing no sympathy for me just just losing my pet, the first thing the Dr. Worrell states is "so what happened".... I then asked her the same. She then stated that she didn't know. Sheeven stated herself her exact words " I often see and treat exotic animals and do not always know what wrong with them" . So as a vet do you often treat animals that go home and die after your care, and she flat out said "yes".... she then stated "I often send animals home and they die the next day because I don't know what's wrong" , I then asked why she didn't keep bunny overnight, she didn't really respond to that question however denied we ever asked it. "As a medical proffession for animals if you think something is seriously wrong, you should not have animal home." I stated, she just responded wirh "that's your opinion". She then stated that doing putting exotic animals through xrays can be dangerous and fatal due to stress levels. I then asked why she didn't inform me of this before I decided to do the xrays and she didn't respond.
So without any sympathy caring or concern she refused to credit back any more of my money, even if she couldn't take back the medicine it would have been the right, humane thing to do. She pretty much admited she has no idea how to treat exotic animals and that they often die after her care. She is a cold, heartless, money grubbing and should not be treating animals.
If you do not want your animal to suffer a horrible death, do not take your pet to Dr. Worrell. And if you have had a similar experience with this vet please email me at [email protected] so we can do something to stop this vet from practicing.

Caring and professional would be the two words that I use to discribe this vet clinic. I have been many times with several different types of pets and I have been well satisfied with the care my pets receive and how it is all approached. I was glad to see that recently they started to take Carecredit, which I might have to use some time. My only negative would be the parking, as when the shoping center is busy, it can be a bit hard to find a spot quickly.

I have been to various vets over the years for different bunnies and I know that they are a challenge when it comes to health problems. I am very appreciative of Dr Worell for her approach when taking care of my rabbits. She is direct and to the point, and seems to have a game plan as what to do next. Her decisive attitude has worked for me and my rabbits time and time again. She is very confident and knowledgable about my bunnies and I really appreciate that. If you have a rabbit and need help, I suggest that you check her out.

I'm still recovering from the loss of my pet, Sapphire, but I wanted to let everyone know how positive my experience was with Dr Worell. I had seen Dr Worell intermittently over the last year with Sapphire for her declining condition with kidney failure. I know Dr Worell extended her life by many months and was glad for the extra time we had together. When it was finally time to say goodbye, I was very appreciative of the staff's and Dr Worell's kindness toward me and Sapphire.

I am so thankful I was referred to this clinic for the care of my beloved pet cockatiel Penny Lane. I found the staff to be very knowledgable, and the care my pet was given, was exceptional. She was nursed back to health and she is still here with me to keep me company. I thought there was such profresionallism, loving care and such a caring touch to all my interactions with the staff. I was called every moring to let me know how my beloved pet was doing, and I was able to visit her daily. After Penny came home with me, I was called to ask how she was doing. This was in great contrast to when I was recently in the hospital. It was just money, get me in and get me out, and no calls afterwards to check on me. Ithink my pet bird received better care than did I. I was very pleased with everything and strongly recommend this place for owners with pet birds.

The nurse was unfriendly. Muzzled my dog immediately instead of trying to soothe her. It's a vet office they can sense these things and it makes them nervous. My dog has a sink issue and was really itchy. The Dr looked at her and said "Well she's not scratching" so literally 5 minutes later she walks out and 10min later the nurse comes in with a list of stuff that was "RECOMMENED" by the doctor that we do. I just wanted help and something to help her with her itchy skin. The nurse came in with a revised list twice. I felt that I was unwanted and bother them that I left so unhappy and with so many unanswered questions. I do not recommend the vet. PERIOD!!!

All Pets Medical Center is the WORST Vet Clinic I have ever been to. I have had many problems there. The first time I brought my Boxer there, they were about to give him another dogs vaccine. I had to stop the lady and tell her it wasn't for my dog, he was in for a check-up not vaccines. But I'm forgiving and gave them another try. Next I took my dog in because his eye was almost swollen shut. The Doctor spent literally 5 MINUTES with my dog and couldn't find anything. So, I took him to get a second opinion and they found that my dog had an Ulceration of the eye. How come Dr. Worell couldn't find it? I spent a good mint on that appointment FOR NOTHING. I called to tell them and they basically said TOO BAD. SORRY ABOUT THAT. Well I just want to advise you readers before going into that clinic. I don't want anyone to have the same experience me and my puppy had.
