Alpine Terrace Apartments

To be very honest, this place is a dump. Wheb you first move in the manager does a good job making the apartment appear decent. Within the first month, random 1 centimeter hardware screws starring appearing on my kitchen floor. After doing a little investigation it seems that somebody created holes and filled them with loose screws and plastered over it. You can feel that the screw is loose. I suspect the manager installed these useless 1 centimeter hardware screws ( like from your computer) not even meant to screw into a wall, to later collect on my deposit.



The walls are extremly thin, everytime you neighbor sniffles or uses the restroom you will be woken up. Also the manager is extremely unprofessional. If the manager is working on an apartment close by, he will not notfiy you that you will be out of water. He literally shuts your water off and doesnt tell you anything, gives zero warnings. The manager, said by other tenants, used to be the matinence man and now runs the business. He clearly has no professional experience managing a building let alone hardly does a decent job with renovations. My counter to eat on is slanted so i cant even use it because the dishes fall to the floor. Does it ever occur to you to use a freaking leveler when you install things that require them to be straight!! That is basic basic basic textbook mistake. Seriously my counter is utterly useless.



This place is okay if you need an emergency place to live until you can find a better place. I woukd NEVR consider staying here long term. Infact they should offer 6month leases because 1 year is too long to live in this unprofessional dump. Not to mention there is also some random thug at night looking into cars in the parking lot. Since the gates dont actually stay closed truely, anyone can wall right in

BEWARE there was much better places around the ares. DO NOT SETTLE FOR THIS. TRY TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE. THIS IS THR WORST PLACE IVE EVER RENTED. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.
