DEPLORABLE!!! RUINED DRESS, LOST DRESS, LOST BROACH!!! DO. NOT. USE. Dropped off an evening dress and asked to pick it up the next day @ 1pm. I was told that was "no problem." When I arrived to pick up the dress, it was not there!!! I had to DRIVE 25 minutes to another location. She also CHARGED ME before I had the dress in hand. I arrive at the other location, and the dress is MISSING THE BROACH!! The lady tells me she'll drive it over from the hickory flat store. NOW I AM SUPER LATE!! I get home only to realize the skirt of the dress which was pleated has been pressed FLAT. And not well at that! I come back and ask for a refund and to be reimbursed for the dress that was ruined. Refund granted, reimbursement for ruined dress denied. BARELY AN APOLOGY. NEVER NEVER GO HERE!!!
