I brought my brand new 2016 GMC to him because on the lift manufacturers website he was listed as authorized retailer. He is not. They discontinued business with him due to all the issues. That was unknown to me until after this mess. He put on a 4.5" lift and I had immediate steering issues. He told me that all I needed was an electronic alignment to straighten my steering wheel. Not long after and I had put brand new $1400 tires on it, I had issues with the tires. I brought it to my dealership for an alignment and to have an airbag recall done. They advised me the tie rods weren't correctly sized and it wasn't an alignment rather their installation.

I first attempted to bring the vehicle back, Rob's shop dismissed me until I pushed them on the subject. I turned in my truck on a Friday and they kept it 8 days. They rarely updated me, were rude when I inquired and when I got it back the steering wheel leaned 45 degrees to the left. Rob lied to my face about the issues several times. I finally called the lift manufacturer and found out he was not an authorized dealer, that what he had told me about the lift and the issues were all false.

I took the truck from there to 2 independent shops who both confirmed all issues.

They installed rear lift blocks backwards on one side causing imbalance and cupped the rear tires. The drivers side tie rod was replaced ( the first one they messed up that was on the truck as well) with a NAPA part and cut too short. The tie rod was held on by one thread and had to be replaced a third time. They didn't cut the passenger side at all. They ruined my front tires as well. They crushed my stabilitrak sensors and the truck has to be repaired at the dealer. So in all I spent almost $2500 to have their shoddy job fixed. The best part is, he ignored my requests To repay me and avoided my messages and phone calls.

He has moved shops several times the last few years. Enough people complain and sue him and he moves to a new place.
