As an RN, I went to the ER at Aultman with chest discomfort despite the fact that my local hospital is 5 minutes away thinking the care would be superior. The ER nurses were incompetent. I am a retired cardiac nurse manager and I wouldn't admit it if they were my nurses. I don't recommend.

Terrible. The staff treated my girlfriend and I very poorly, and while my gf was having a seizure she could hear everything that was going on, the nurses were making fun of me and the info I tried to provide them with. Assumed she was on drugs when she has never touched a drug in her life!!! Very disrespectful staff, terrible service. If you have an emergency, try to avoid aultman hospital in orrville as much as humanly possible

Worse than no care and a financial scam. Was transported there after an auto accident over 8 months ago, first 2 hours weren't bad then left in E.R. for 7 hours. Took an hour to get a urinal and forget about even bread and water, then I was told my blood sugar was messed up. Finally assigned a room about 10:30 pm (just in time to be charged for 2 days.) They never did treat my injury (a broken sternum) but fussed over sugar readings caused by poor diet while there. Next day I was told to get dressed and leave, no wheel chair no nothing, even though I was in serious pain when I stood or walked. Then the bills started by the dozen. Most of these bills say Aultman Hospital but are from different parts. Some were paid in full by the insurance some were NOT reasonable fees and partially paid. The inpatient was paid the billed amount by the insurance then I was told I owed mire then the billed amount after it was paid. Now 8 months later I am still getting additional bills and bills from new departments. Even the insurance company can't figure it out and refuse to consider the bills.

Horrible I'm pregnant about to have my first son in a month just recently switched from stark county women's clinic to aultman I'm 20 years old with a job as a massage technician they wouldn't stop trying to force welfare on me and I went in with eyeliner smeared on my face from the night before and they kept asking if I was a victim of domestic violence and sent a social worker in to talk to me I wiped the smudge off with water and was like SEE not a bruise also They asked if I had a lot of food at my house andI said milk bread cereal water and the basics I live by mmyself so I don't always have a ton of food because it jus gets old before I finish it and they made comments about that too talking about me right outside the room where I could hear didn't make me feel comfortable or welcome at all go to stark county I personally didn't like them trying to force me on welfare the whole visit and sending in a social worker no wonder my baby dad said he wouldn't even take his dog to aultman. They were so invasive and rude stark county women's clinic is a lot nicer and made me feel a lot more welcome !

My family has been coming to Aultman for years and I have been very pleased with the services they have provided. I had my baby at the neighboring hospital and the care I received did not measure up to the care my friend had with her two babies at Aultman. I'm planning on having my next child at Aultman.
