        Overall

        Great company great employees. They go out of their way to help. They explain everything up front and do exactly what is needed. They will not "up sell" you but will alert you to future projects. They are honest, dependable, and good to deal with. I had an issue with my tub drain, they explained what was needed, did the job and everything was perfect. Couldn't ask for better people to work with. The plumbers were great and the office ladies are knowledgeable and know their job. If I ever have a question they are always willing to speak with me and let me know my next steps.

        Overall

        I have used Baums for many years. The are a friendly company with employees that know their job. They have never let me down. I only refer them to my friends and family and will never use another plumber. The office ladies are great to work with and are able to schedule you in a timely manner. #1 in my book
