        Highly disappointed

        On my way through Canton, back to PA, I stopped for a BK Broiler. I've been at this location a couple of times before and had no problems, but this time was really bad. I had to wait in the drive thru, (they "parked" me around front). They said the "fresh chicken was almost ready to come off the grill". So I waited in my car for about 5 minutes (seemed like an eternity). The worker was nice enough when he brought out my food, apologizing for my wait. By the time I opened my sandwich, I was a couple of miles down the road (shame on me). The chicken was charred, dried and too hard to chew. I had 2 bites and threw the rest away. I was already late for an appointment back home, or I would have gone back to the restaurant for a replacement sandwich.
