Home Preffered Home Care

We have used Home Preferred for several years now. Our 90 year old Mother is legally blind and has several medical issues. Over the years we have had a variety of aides - some good some not so good. However when we have had an issue the staff at Home Preferred has been responsive to our concerns and works hard to resolve the issue. Currently we have an extremely talented staff of aides. I want to say that we work as a team. We don't rely on a paid staff to do everything for Mom. Family works with the aides to make sure Mom has what she needs. We are grateful that Mom can stay in her own home and we would not be able to do that without the caring concern offered by this company. Special shout out to Corinne and Angie for their constant efforts. We appreciate all that you do.
