Honorable Richard J Kubilus

I would not describe this judge as "honorable". He is an example of why we need term limits on judges. He is a pro business Republican judge that will disgustingly pamper and respect a violent criminal who happens to be in business who is in his court victimizing for a second time the victim of his first crime. This judge’s court dingy decision lacks reference to law, recognition of facts and common sense because there is simply is none. What kind of a rogue third world judge gives a con man money for no other reason than he asked for it? Giving Kubilus another term on the bench after 20 years of hanging his hat there was a mistake. Due to our political system it takes an intervention from god to get bad politicians out of office once they get established with name recognition and have their party’s money backing. Once they get used to the power, perks and prestige nothing can make them want to leave after serving a term. Not what the founding father had in mind, that is, career politicians. Term limits are healthy for government and more should be in place for all offices. Of course, getting term limits put in place from the who are reaping the rewards of staying in office is not likely.
