Maid Brigade

Moved into a new home and had less than a week to prepare to host a large party. Maid Brigade cleaned entire house in two days, as quoted. They brought to my attn some issues with shelving units in the closet, which I appreciated. They returned to spruce up bathrooms just before the party. I appreciated their responsiveness and attn to detail.

This is the second time that Maid Brigade didnt show up when they were supposed to! They were to be at my house by 9:30am and didnt show up till arround 1pm saying that they got busy on another job. Not to mention the last time they showed up about 2 hours late and skipped the bathroom upstairs and they didnt vacuum 3 of the bedrooms. This is a very common practice for them they miss stuff or dont do things we have asked on several occassions. My mother tried to use them and they broke a vase of hers and wouldnt take blame for it so my mother had to pay for what they broke. This is not the best service arround and after today I have switched to another cleaning service who alot of people have recommended and I advise before you use this service shop arround not to mention their outrages prices which are no where worth there service.

Called for cleaning job. Quoted price verbally. The owner came and walked the house to confirm the rates. He commented that the verbal rate seemed high and that they could complete the job within the alloted time with out an issue. He gave me a written estimate with a not to exceed number.



I was having my house professionally cleaned due to the fact that my 13 year old son wasfinally coming home after a bone marrow transplant. They were suppose to wipe down the handles and sanitize the house.



After the cleaners had completed 2/3rds of the home, the office called and said the maids were at their limit. If I wanted them to finish, it was going to cost more money.



They did not disinfect the handles and left the home 2/3rds done. My son will be home in 3 hours and this company tried to take advantage of my situation. The office person who called did not care.



On top of the misleeding price quoation, they did not do a good job cleaning.



Very poor experience. I would not recommend this company.

I have used Maid Brigade on a number of occasions however the last time they came to visit I was rushed to the hospital the night before. I called from the hospital and they told me they would take care of everything and not to worry. I came home to a sparkling clean home and a lovely note and the owner called later to see how I was. Wonderful - can't say enough about how great they are!
