Frank and Cesar Handyman Services

I really want to give Cesar Construction - Cesar Constantino - NO STARS. Terrible, poor workmanship! They started the job from bare framed walls and floor. All the money that I spent on the materials plus $2,500.00 paid to Cesar were totally wasted. I had to find someone else to RE-do the same job. I had to buy materials again. In addition to another new vanity because they damaged one of the drawers of the one they installed, and it didn't close all the way. I cry every time I think of my dream bathroom. I did not return to the bathroom until after it was re-done because it was very hurtful to see the crooked walls, chipped tiles, slanted floors, and my vanity... DO NOT CONTRACT CESAR CONSTANTINO WITH CESAR CONSTRUCTION.
