This pets store is the cleanest in town! The staff is very knowledgeable and very welcoming!. Very surprise to see that for having so many different exotic animals the shop was very clean. I won’t go anywhere ales. Prices are fair and products are of high quality.

Wonderful experiences for me

I used to go to Fort Myers in order to get the supplies for my pets. That is until entered the doors of Pets Universe. From the moment that I entered I was greeted very kindly, the customer service is excellent; they carry only good nutritional foods and products. If you want something and they don't have it they will order it for you, they know their animals, well knowledge staff with great customer service skills. I was very surprise to see that for having so many different exotic animals the shop was very clean. I wont go anywhere ales . Prices are fair and products are of high quality. I recommend this store to anyone who has a pet.
