        My experience here was not a v...

        My experience here was not a very good one. the Realtor I was using, i believe, was working for the seller instead of me the buyer. She was making excuses on why they couldn't come off there price. At one point i had to ask her if she was working for me or the seller. I was told by the agent that a full price offer and me asking the seller to pay full Closing was in her terms "absurd to ask for." We had finally fired her. Then she calls me back crying saying that she has the deal we wanted to call her back. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went with the deal. She then after we signed a contract made us believe that the house would not appraise for the price we were purchasing it for. So we backed out of the deal and fired her again. We went in to sign the release of the contract, we were a Minute late to her office and she slammed the door in my wife's face. She then emails me about how I am "a piece of work." and that i am setting a great example for my kids when they grow up. I sent the emails to the broker and he acted as if they did not care. IF I WERE YOU I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Thanks, your LOCAL guy
