Arthritis
The most common cause of carpal tunnel syndrome is repetitive motion that involves the wrists; however, trauma or injury to the hands or wrists may also result in this condition. If you also have rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, or hypothyroidism, your odds of developing carpal tunnel syndrome are much greater.
Medical Weight Loss
A panniculectomy is a procedure that removes the pannus, or the skin on the lower abdomen that hangs over the pubic area and sometimes down to the thighs. It is most often done for medical reasons, such as irritation under the pannus (rashes, ulcers, etc.) and interference with normal activities. A panniculectomy removes subcutaneous fat and skin below the belly button. This hanging belly usually occurs due to a very large weight loss from dieting or sometimes post-pregnancy.
Primary Care
You must cease taking all blood thinners and vitamin E supplements at least two weeks before and after surgery to reduce bruising and the risk of hematoma. You may need to get medical clearance from your primary care doctor as well as instructions on how to stop these medications if you are on prescription blood thinners. We also need patients to stop taking all herbal medications and diet pills (prescription and over-the-counter) at least two weeks before surgery and one week following surgery.

Brow Lift
A forehead or brow lift moves the eyebrows back to where they should be, which is at or above the bony orbit. The lift may also smooth the wrinkles in the forehead as well as reduce drooping skin above the eyes. As a result of the surgery, the eyes appear more open, rested, and youthful.
Eyelid Surgery
In lower eyelid surgery, the incisions are made either in the lash lines or on the inside of the eyelids. Excess fat that causes puffiness is removed through an incision made inside the lower eyelids. Minimal to no visible scarring results from this procedure.
Liposuction
If the patient undergoes a full tummy tuck, liposuction on the stomach is not part of the procedure because of the complications that may occur if the blood supply is compromised. Blood supply is important in the healing process. It is possible to perform liposuction on unrelated areas of the body at the same time, such as the hips or the outer and/or inner thighs. If a patient undergoes a mini tummy tuck, liposuction is a full component of the procedure. Liposuction will blend the upper and lower stomach areas to be more aesthetically pleasing.
Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation will enhance and balance out your upper body. Breast augmentation surgery will give you a more feminine, shapely appearance by raising the breast and placing either a saline-filled or silicone implant underneath the breast tissue or the chest muscle. Breast Reduction
Breast reduction surgery reduces the breast size and reshapes the breast, eliminating the discomfort from larger breasts and giving the patient more self-confidence and a better quality of life. This procedure is performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia and usually takes about two hours depending on the size of the breasts.
Breast Lift
During the breast lift surgery, also known as mastopexy, excess skin is removed from around the areola and occasionally from the bottom of the breast. The skin is then rearranged to tighten the skin envelope. The nipple and areola are elevated to a more natural position.
Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty outcomes are much easier to understand using the Vectra 3D computer imaging system. For example, a nose with a hump, whether wide or crooked, should be viewed from several angles to more clearly understand and see what needs to be done. The 3D system makes this happen.
Breast Reconstruction
Breast reconstruction is a surgical modification of the breast which is performed following mastectomy. Breast reconstruction utilizes several techniques that aim to restore the breast to normal shape, size, and appearance.
Plastic Surgery

Thigh Lift
The procedure is recommended for patients who have had a stable weight for several months. The surgery can take from three to eight hours depending on the extent of the lift, and healing time can take from one to two months as it is a significant procedure. The patient may also opt for an additional arm lift or a thigh lift if the sagging of the skin goes beyond the torso.

Using special simulation software, the Vectra 3D camera will show you the possible results of your facelift. Patients considering one type of facial procedure can also see the benefits of combining more than one procedure to achieve facial symmetry and an overall improved appearance. You and the doctor will be able to experiment with different looks until you find the one you want.
Neck Lift
Blepharoplasty
Eyelid surgery or blepharoplasty can correct bags and bulges around the eyes as well as drooping eyelids. The result is a more rested and youthful appearance. Upper eyelid surgery is performed by making an incision in the natural crease of each eyelid. Excess skin and fat are removed through these incisions, which are closed with fine sutures. Over time, the scars fade and are hidden in the creases of the eyelids.
Abdominoplasty
Surgery typically takes from three to five hours and is done under general anesthesia. An incision is made right above the pubic area and outward to the hip area. The size of the incision is dependent on the amount of skin that will need to be excised. If any extensive tissue removal higher up on the abdomen or tightening of the muscles needs to happen as well, the patient may consider abdominoplasty.
