The service writer always does a good job for me. He always exceeds my expectations and makes it right. He does a good job and helps me work the prices.

I'd give Hoehn Honda 100%. The sales people are great. No pressure and they follow up to make your experience as pleasant as possible. I just traded in my car for 120% of the purchase price. It doesn't get better than that!

I purchased a Civic touring 4door. Fantastic car and the sales person, Will, was very nice and full of information. I appreciate his patient, respectful personality. I usually do not talk to a sales person when I am looking at things but Will was very respectful and he was not pushy. I'm very happy with my new car and I feel very fortunate Will helped me. Bought used CRV from Hohen dealer was a great experience. All staff were courteous & professional. Jim Fisher salesman even helped me get my rental car back to Enterprise which was a huge relief! Recommend this business for car purchases.

Salesman Dave is the BEST! TOP NOTCH customer service. I bought a new car loaded with features I totally didn't understand a couple of weeks ago. The salesman I bought it from showed me how to connect my phone and play music and that's it. He referred me to the disc in the glove box for further instruction. Who has time for that? I had to go back there today to deal with a new car license plate issue and I had a question about one of the features in the car and the salesman that sold me the car was not there. I asked Dave and he came out to the car and walked me through ALL the features an benefits and showed me how to utilize everything. He obviously had nothing to gain but just wanted to make sure I had excellent customer service. Very impressive! I wish I bought my car from Dave. I could have really enjoyed all these features sooner rather than driving around wondering when I'd have time to watch a disc. Thank you Dave! You rock! If looking for a car here ASK FOR DAVE!

I didn't buy my CR-V at this dealership, but I have been using the service department. I have been very pleased with the service I have received. I have spoken with the service department manager and she has taken her time to make sure any problems have been corrected. She has called, sent me emails and also on one occasion sent me a hand written thank you note. I couldn't be more pleased with the service department!

I dealt mainly with Mr. Michael Witman the Internet

Manager and he was exceptionally good person to

deal with making all the process very enjoyable even

that we had to wait for about a month to get the car as

it is on high demand and low supply. Michael is a

person that I would feel comfortable give his name

around to my family and friends. I want also to say

that Arin Salzano the Finance Manager did great job

"yanking" me from the pre-approval deal I had with my

bank before coming in to purchase the vehicle and

with her amazing skills got me to finance through the

dealership. We are still learning the new car, we also

discovered a gap in the sliding door but Michael

immediately offered his support to me and is helping

me to get it looked at with the srvc dept, so for

Michael, the deal does not end with me driving out the

car from the lot, but also supporting me when I need

his help.

They gave me good service there. the guy who did my car was good and made sure everything was done .

They did a good job. We were appreciative of the service we received from the time they arrived until we left our car.

The service manager I had was very upfront and nice. The time it took was less than the estimated time. He didn't try to sell me additional things.
