She has been an aesthetic injector for 15 years. Terri has served as Dr. Chegarâ€™s surgical scrub and is head of the nursing department.

Chasity Wolf is a graduate of Ball State University (2004) with a BS in Nursing. Chasity has an extensive background in nursing that includes Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology and Facial Plastics. Chasity, the mother of three children, is a vivid outdoorsman with interests in boating, gardening, kayaking and hiking.

General Surgery
Dr. Burke E. Chegar is a specialist in facial plastic surgery. A Carmel native, Dr. Chegar graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wabash College and went on to receive his medical degree from Indiana University. Following graduation from medical school, Dr. Chegarâ€™s surgical training took him to New York where he did a general surgery internship and a residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. Upon completion of his surgical training in New York, Dr. Chegar moved to Georgia to complete a sub-specialty fellowship in facial plastic surgery through Emory University School of Medicine.
Wound Care
Keep incisions clean. Gently clean incisions with peroxide twice a day with Q-tips. If heavy crusting develops on incisions, perform more often. Reapply bacitracin ointment after cleaning incisions.

Pamela Lambert Gray, M.S., PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant, with specialty training in Aesthetic Medicine, Facial Plastic Surgery, and Otolaryngology. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Denver with a major in Biology and double minors in Chemistry and Psychology. Pamela graduated with distinction from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at the New York Institute of Technology where she earned her Masters in Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2009.

Plastic Surgeons

Botox

Acne Treatment
Frostbite
Minor bruising and swelling may occur with any injection. Applying a light cool compress to area immediately and up to 24 hours after injection can help reduce bruising and swelling. Do not put ice directly on skin to avoid frostbite skin damage.
Chemical Peels
Post Chemical Peel: Over the next 1 to 14 days, depending on how deeply the chemical penetrated the skin, the skin peels off. Factors that may affect the depth of a peel include the acid concentration of the peeling agent, the number of coats applied, and the amount of time allowed before the acid is neutralized. Deeper peels result in more dramatic effects, higher risks, increased pain, and longer healing time.
