He seem very knowledgeable about the Insurance and was willing to help make a wise choice.

It is not often that I feel compelled to write a review about anyone trying to sell me something. I do however, want to sing the praises of John Rouse for his ability to listen and offer his advice about final expenses. You can tell that he cares about his customers and is diligent in looking for the best value. He was excellent in explaining the various benefits available. When we make a decision I hope to be using John as our final expenses agent. He was a delight to speak with on subjects that most of us don’t like to discuss. He really put me at ease. Thank you John!
