North of the Border

I have been going here for years and service was average.Today I placed a phone order. I picked it up, got home and had the wrong order. I called and let them know. They took my order and said to come back. After waiting for 20 minutes at the resteraunt they gave me the order and said it's ok. They never said sorry or offered and credit for my hour of waiting from my original phone call until I got my food. No discount, nothing. Their delivery fee is not cheep and I had to go there and back twice. Be careful and check your order at the restaurant when you are there.
