WORST DAYCARE! The teachers have no idea where the kids are, what they did and what happened to them during the day. They always seemed lost and annoyed when I asked them any questions. Always a different teacher at the time you drop or pick up the kid so there is no way that you will know what your kid did in class all day. My son would be starving and thirsty when I would pick him up even though I paid 2 meals and 1 snack. My son had HFM disease from this daycare and they never notified me if they had, had a previous case of the same viral infection before he got infected instead they argued with me saying he did not get infected from there. Excuse me, even if he didn't the daycare is suppose to notify all the parents as per the State law?? They keep changing their statements when you talk to them about your concerns. And the Center Director- Ms. KIMBERLY EVANS. She is one of the most rude, selfish and unprofessional person I have ever seen in my life. She will argue, retaliate and protect her staff. She had no patience and no listening skills.



My son had laceration on his head, the daycare never notified me even the next day until I addressed it. My son bled from his head for almost 6 hours until we noticed it and I took him to the Kids ER. The teacher clearly lied on my kid, the director lied on us, and never took the responsibility of the incident.

He was found in bathroom with no clothes on except his underwear. All his clothes were on bathroom floor including clean clothes while the teacher (substitute- Ms. slept in the class or monitored other kids while they slept? And what the kid who is in bathroom with no clothes? Again the teacher clearly lied!

I REPEAT- the center director never took responsibility instead she will argue and retaliate.

We called the district manager couple of times to address our concerns, she never did anything. The center director kept pushing us to take our kid out from the daycare after I called the DM. I later, called the State- who never did anything either. The state investigator, Mr. Mathew Kottoor never called me back with any updates about the complaint after the initial call, so I question his investigation! It has been 2 months now.

They discriminated my kid with others as he was the only asian kid in his class. We have been so stressed because of their rude and disrespectful behavior and I tried to get things done the right way. Finally, I put this review, might draw someone's attention before they put there kid here.



I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE TO ANYONE!!
