        Overall

        I would like to inform all small business that even if you fulfill your obligation on there contract that they will auto-renew the contract. I used shred it for over a year and it just wasn't cost effective for my business to continue to have there service in my office. You can understand my surprise when I called to cancel my services after the year commitment I signed the contract for that they had renewed the contract. They informed me that I would be charged for the year around $1000.00 to cancel there services. Now I personally feel this is a form of fraud but it is on there contract. SO BUYER BEWARE! Do Not sign there contract without making them take that portion off! this is just another case of a LARGE CORPORATION taking advantage through verbiage on there contract of small business
