I am truly surprised at the poor job this company provided to my sick mother. Typically, I do not write reviews but this place was so bad that I feel I must - partly to vent and mainly to warn others. When I asked the supervisor (seem like they are family owned business), the follow-up was worse than talking to their care staff. They were more concerned about my review than the care and service they provided.
