They have some what good service . They mixed up my orders I asked for deep curl and I got body wave my mom asked for body wave and got deep curl . My hair sheds sooooooo much my three bundles now look like less than 2 ounces. And it's been a month. My mom got so called Indian hair and it look like horse hair. Please I repeat don't go there. $504 dollars gone down the pipe. They give nice discounts but the hair is H O R R I B L E!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want my money back !

DO NOT!!! Purchase hair from this shop!! The place is set up real nice with friendly staff, and the hair "looks" nice on the stand! The young lady in the store explained to me the difference between the hair, so I went ahead and purchased the blue top after asking questions about the hair..... I knew something was wrong when I took the hair from the package and it tangled up while unraveling it... I had the hair installed and hated it instantly!! First of all you can't wet the hair, the wave pattern falls out instantly JUST from wetting it, the hair will flat iron but not curl!!! This hair was a waste of money, I've purchased cheap beauty supply hair that was better quality than this hair!
