Mailbox It

I've been using the mailbox service for two years, and I have sent several packages with them. They are good to give you several options and help you find the right price. I even made a mistake on the zip code for a package, and when I later realized and called, they helped me track it down. This business is always my first choice when it comes to mailing solutions.

I attempted to drop off a package. I waited at the counter a couple of minutes. I then realized there was someone in the back room. I said excuse me attempting to his attention, but he was too busy watching videos on his phone to notice me. I left. Anyone know of another place to drop off ups packages?

Last time I used him in a pinch, he charged double the normal shipping rate.



Today, I stopped in to get a ball-park estimate on shipping and he was very rude and dismissive because I didn't have the package with me and he thought I didn't know the particulars. When I said I knew the dimensions and destination, he got mad because he said it meant putting a lot of information in the computer. Not a good way to treat a potential customer.



I'd rather walk my package somewhere than use this guy in the future.

High markup on shipping and prepaid packages do not go out in a timely manner.
