Norris Insurance Agency

After 30+ years of doing business with This agency which was formerly known as Norris Insurance we recently experiment some of the most unethical, disrespectful and possibly illegal actions by an employee of this agency. I have contacted Foremost insurance and filed a formal complaint and I will be contacting the Massachusetts Insurance Commissioner and my state senator to file formal complaints. I have heard from others that something has changed at this agency, many long term client are experiencing similar experiences particularly one employee being disrespectful arrogant and down right rude to clients. My family have been Clients of the former Norris agency for over 30 years never have we experienced such disrespect from a company that is supposed to be looking out for their long term clients. Please be careful if you are doing business with the new Harbour Insurance agency in Carver, Ma. If you are looking for an insurance agent I would urge you to consider other agencies
