For riders who are training for a century ride in the North Carolina Mountains with 7000+ ft of climbing to the young rider who is ready to take the training wheels off, we can help just about anyone find the right bike, the right gear right away. We not only sell bikes, but we get out in the community and you will see us at many of your favorite events such as the MS 150 in New Bern, le Tour de Femme the largest ladies only cycling specific rides in our area, Cycle North Carolina an epic ride across our state of North Carolina. We are your community bike shop.

        They have a good amount of items in here and they provide so much more options in tools and parts and the price range in here is really wide, you can get anything on your own budget.

        Initially average customer service until no one could make it to register long enough to help us make our purchases. We had at least $100 purchase. They weren't bikes today, but we are also in the market for another bike to be purchased at a later date. We won't be coming back for it here. Though several staff members made it up to the counter and made eye contact, no one reassured us someone would be up soon or took two minutes to use the register. Several customers browsing bikes that came in while we were waiting at the register were attended to instead. Some training is in order or a change to the commission policy, because making customers wait as long as we did and letting them leave with their orders on the counter is bad business. How many times does that have to happen for it to reflect on their bottom line?
