        Overall

        When I dropped my car off at firestone I told the mechanics what was going on and explained to them that the vehicle was having the same troubles as last year, when they replaced a few parts. I had my receipt so the parts were still covered under warranty, however being that the car was still stalling I needed them to test and fix the issue, the mechanic said ok we will do that! I left the vehicle, received a phone call four hours later stating that the vehicle was ready to go!! When I arrive at firestone the guy at the front desk proceeds to tell me everything that I told them when I dropped off the vehicle!! And asked if I wanted to to have a diagnostic test run on the car... they could ve called me over the phone and gave me that option more so than have me come up there thinking my car was fixed and waste more of my time. Needless to say they only fixed one part on the vehicle and the issue was not resolved. I will not be returning to this firestone another day!! Worst mechanics I ve ever encountered!! They show no empathy/sympathy towards the customer its all about money here please please please avoid!!!
