        Overall
        Lousy customer service.

        Great hotel BUT someone charged wine and beer to my room and it wasn't myself or my 12 y/o daughter was supposed to be credited to my cc but never was as promised. The guy at the front desk even said it wasn't me the night before and still no credit.
