Colorado Appliance Outlets

We bought a stand up freezer from Colorado Appliances Outlet in December 26, 2013. They advertised a 1-year extended warranty on the product. We called July 22, 2014 because the freezer no longer functions properly. They want 60$ just to have a technician come out. They also said that "a year warranty is ridiculous, we can't guarantee (our work) a product for that long." You can guarantee I won't be requesting any other services from your 'business'.
