Bill is one of the most experienced, pleasant, timely and knowledgeable contractors I've had the pleasure to deal with in many years. I would have given Bill 6 stars if I could for his honesty and integrity as they are even rarer but such highly prized qualities. He'll always be the first plumber I call should the need arise.

The company showed up within an hour and not only worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly, but was also honest in his appraisal of whether or not I should have it fixed or completely replaced.
