Musselman's Dodge was an incredible experience and the best dealership I have ever worked with. I have bought 3 cars from Musselman's and every experience was great. From the sales to the service, I have never been disappointed. They have a helpful and friendly customer service team who has always found the best car for me. The service department explains all of the work being done and why which eases my worry. My car comes back almost like new every time and is always reasonably priced. I highly recommend that everyone stops in whether buying or servicing a vehicle!

I drove 3-1/2 hours to buy my 2011 Dodge Charger... and the experience was WELL WORTH IT! Dave was even nicer in person than he was on the phone and already had the car prepped and ready for us when we arrived. After a test drive, the paperwork was completed efficiently and quickly, allowing us time to enjoy a nice lunch at the inner harbor before heading back. Dave sent us on our way with a complementary tank of gas in addition to a second key and touch-up paint to be sent by mail once received. Not once did we feel pressured or swindled as the asking price was extremely reasonable. Dave has followed up with me several times in the days since to ask if we had a safe ride back and if I was enjoying the car. Friendly AND fair car salesmen?!? Hugging your salesperson thank you?!? Yes, miracles do happen... and they're happening at Musselman's Dodge! :D

I have bought a lot of cars over the years and have always dreaded the whole dealer process. The games of back and forth and the stress always were an hinderance. My wife hated to even think about it. This dealership took all that stress away. I serched for the vehicle I wanted online. Found that Musselman's had what I wanted. I contacted them online and David was the first to respond. No pressure, very accomidating. I could not go to the dealership right away but wass in that part of town one day and showed up without calling David. I told them I was contacting David and Rob was happy to help me on his behalf. Since I was there I test drove the vehicle. I was not ready to make a sale because I had 2 trades and wanted to bring them and talk to the wife. No pressure. Zil assured me when I was ready they would make arrangements. David contacted me an apoligized for not being there when I came in. It wasnt even his fault since I came unannouuced. I made an appointment and brought my trades in. This was the first stress free car deal I ever experienced. I wanted to add leather interior. Zil stepped up and got me a good price for exactly what I wanted. David was very friendly while he stepped us through the process. When we got to the business manager, Potia, she was so friendly and met all our needs. Mussleman Dodge is definitely a place to consider. The product is good, the people are the best, and the experience is totally stress free.

Definitely one of my better car buying experiences. Buying the car didn't take all day for once whihc was nice. Once we were approved for financing everything went pretty quick. There was also no game play with pricing or financing. They gave us all of the rebates and discounts avaialble without us having to ask. The finance person, Porcha, didn't try to sell us any additonal services althlough we did purchase gap insurance. We walked in there to buy a used car and walked out with a new Challenger. This dealer is a straight shooter with no game play which we really liked. I enjoyed the experience which is rare when it comes to buying cars. Rob was wonderful to work with and Zil got us done. Porcha was fast and friendly. Over all great experience.
