This is my first experience using a storage facility and one of the managers James made the process an absolute breeze. The customer service here is top notch. It's extremely refreshing to walk into a business where they make you feel like you're their top priority. They made my moving experience a breeze and were even able to secure a temperature controlled unit near the entry door. Double score!
