I stayed here from August 28 to September 4. It was a friendly place, with reasonable prices. It is also dog-friendly which is important to me. Rooms were cleaned promptly, and well-done. Shower was strong, hot, and easy to use, but tub needed to be re-caulked and shower curtain liner should have been changed. The coffee was good, hot and always available. The front desk people were helpful and responsive. The pool was clean. Fresh fruit or cereal boxes would be a nice addition to the yummy waffles at breakfast, but that, most likely, is a personal thing. It is easy to find, and easy to get to different places within Cedar Rapids because of its proximity to the interstate. I would recommend this location highly.
