        I want to give a gold star to Jennifer Allen!!! I don’t know if Russell Cellular knows what a jewel they have in her. Today she handled my mother’s cellphone issues with true professionalism plus genuine concern of the need of the customer. Mom left happy and her phone working like new. Thanks Jennifer we will be staying with Verizon because of employees like you.
